Well, next time I sell my house, I'm going to be using fuzzbo.com and sell my home online! Taking estate agents out of the equation is always an attractive option and fuzzbo gives you the chance to do just that.
Fuzzbo ('for sale by owner') provide you with a means to advertise your property across a network of property portals - including hotproperty.co.uk - giving you great exposure in the property market. You can upload your property, and then manage it all online in a secure environment. The site is fully managed by the client, has it's own property blog and has a fully integrated e-commerce capability - so payments are taken without having to ever leave the site.
Additionally, it's a completely table-less layout - built entirely using CSS and (X)HTML. So, check it out - and next time you want to sell your home, remember fuzzbo!
