In order to get your website online within 5 days, then we're talking about 5 pages at most. For a lot of businesses, this is plenty - think that you'll have a home page, an about us page, a contact us page, a 'services' page, and perhaps another products page.
If you're at the point where you've not yet finished your logo design, or not quite finished the content writing - or maybe you need to take a couple more photos, etc. Then you're not ready. When you have everything ready to go, and there'll be no further additions, then we'll be able to meet that 7 day deadline.
